We are "forever" customers of Picket Fence, and recently had another superb experience with them. My daughter loved the flowers!! and it was the smaller one so next time I will order the larger ones for a bigger bang. Also and imortant to note, the delivery person for Picket Fence actually called me directly to ask about leaving flowers outside my daughters door and he confirmed her address. I have never had anyone go through this extra effort to make sure the flowers got to where they are supposed to go. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
